Trial period

We offer a no-cost, no-obligation 30-day trial period for all our jar tester products. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, return it in good condition within 30 days of delivery for a full and immediate refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

Warranty

All ECE jar test equipment is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If you experience any problems with our products, just phone, fax, email, or write and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Availability

All ECE jar test products are usually in stock, ready for immediate shipment. Occasionally, prior sales may result in our being temporarily out of stock of a particular item but even then the delay involved should not be more than a week or two.

Spare parts and service

Spare parts and service are readily available in North America.

Shipping

We normally ship via UPS, but we can use your preferred method and carrier. Typical shipping costs for most ECE products by basic courier service within North America would be in the $20-50 range, depending on product and destination. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices shown below.

All ECE products are manufactured in Canada, and are exempt from US import duty under the North American Free Trade Agreement.

    Prices shown below are Net 30 days, and do not include shipping, insurance, or any taxes that may be applicable. We will usually ship on receipt of a purchase order or similar authorization, and accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) for amounts of up to $2,500; company cheque; or wire transfer to our bank here in Canada.

    Our Canadian dollar base prices will not change in 2008. For the convenience of our customers in the US and elsewhere, we show (and will quote) US dollar prices. We update the indicated US dollar equivalents if there is a significant change in the CAD/USD exchange rate. The equivalents currently shown were last updated on    1 January 2008.

      ** Please specify voltage (115 or 230 volts nominal) when ordering. Power cords and wall transformers for 115 volt systems have standard North American plugs. Cords and transformers for 230 volt systems are available with standard plugs for the UK (flat pins, fused) or most of Europe (round pins, with female ground connection). Because of the wide variety of plug styles used in other countries, a power cord with a plain (wire) end will be supplied so that users can install the proper plug for local conditions.
